Hello all!
While I have not been officially accepted yet I am reasonably confident that I will be going to Ghana in April! This is a dream come true for me, as I have always wanted to go to Africa! Who hasn’t? And I will be going with Joni and Friends through their Wheels For The World program. This is a perfect fit for me and my talents. As most of you know disabilities are a big part of my life with my siblings, and God has instilled a passion for this ministry within me. JAF also runs the Family Retreats that I have done three times already, and I know that this is truly where God wants me. I have been trying to find a missions trip for a few years now, one that would truly fit me and use my gifts, and I know I have found it with WFTW.
I hope to use the blog to keep everyone updated on my progress as I raise the funds I need, and prepare myself for this undertaking. I’m not sure if I’ll have internet access while in Ghana, but I will be journaling the whole time and once home will share all my pictures and stories here. So it probably won’t be very interesting till April, but I hope you all will enjoy it nonetheless.

Sis this site is so cool. I am so proud of U. And I love ur stories- with the personal touches. I love you and will miss you when you are in Gahana but will be so proud u r there. And I want to help! Thanks GF u r supeerguirl. ur sis anna
